In cooperation with Billit, we are launching an embed offer where all BC SaaS customers can buy xpr365 Billlit for 60 EUR/u/y with a minimum of 5 users where every user holds 2000 credits.

A credit is an incoming or outgoing Invoice or Credit memo. When used from inside BC, there is no need for additional licenses. If you want to use Biilit application platform, you need to buy additional licenses from Billit. This means you can solve activate your Peppol for 0,03 EUR each invoice/cn.

For Every xpr365 Financials full user, the customer gets a 100% discount on the xpr365 Billit User.

What is xpr365 Billit?

XPR365 Peppol by Billit is a ready-to-use cloud solution that enables the secure sending and receiving of electronic invoices via the Peppol network. This solution is specifically designed for users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS) and integrates seamlessly with XPR365 Financials. By using Billit as an official Peppol access point, the system ensures standardized and secure exchange of e-invoices in the UBL format.

Conversion from XPR365 Peppol by Billit to XPR365 Billit?

XPR365 Billit is based on Microsoft’s e-documents. Migration is recommended when the license expires. The migration process is explained on the XPR365 learn page. The conditions remain identical.

 

Is the feature included by default in Business Central, or do we still need to implement it?

‘XPR365 Billit’ is available as an extension and can be easily purchased and installed through the Business Central Marketplace.

Do we need to implement the extension ourselves?

We can install this for you, with a setup cost of 500 euros. However, it can also be installed independently thanks to: www.learn.xpr365.com

Will the setup be provided online? How long does it take?

Yes, the setup and necessary guidance are fully remote and take approximately 1 hour.

Do you also support Business Central on-prem?

We do not support Business Central on-premises.

How can we check the status and payment of the invoice?

Currently, we register only one status: the moment the invoice is delivered to the Peppol network. In a future release, additional statuses will be added, such as whether the invoice has been paid or rejected by the customer.

How will the approval process work when invoices arrive via the XPR365 connection?

If you work exclusively with XPR365 Billit, you use the standard approval flows in Business Central. This is an existing module that can be configured, after which approvals take place directly in Business Central.
